If you fall for that site, you might deserve it.
Not only are some statements on the site obviously false, such as:
"...the Chinese are a proud people who have been in existence for just over 500 years."
"...there are over 100 billion Chinese in the world."
and especially
"Riding this hot new trend is a great way to express your individuality."
Not only that, but they even warn you not to do it:
"...downloading Chinese tattoo designs from the Internet is a bad idea."
